Programs

For new student, please fill out the registration form at the gym before the first class, or download the form from here.

Recreational Gymnastics

• Boys and girls, ages 5 through teen
• Levels 1 (beginner), 2 (intermediate) and 3 (advanced)
• The focus is on general gymnastics skills, coordination, agility, strength and balance
• Classes are 1 hour. Contact Aero for class times and availability
• All new students should be evaluated to assure proper placement
• Student to teacher ratio: 8:1
• Monthly fees:

  Level 1 and 2

  $531 class/week

  Level 2 and 3

  $882 classes/week

Preschool Gymnastics

• Boys and girls, ages 3-4
• This is a beginning class. Classes focus on large motor skills and introductory gymnastics instruction
• Mixed boy/girl classes
• Classes are 1 hour. Contact Aero for class times and availability
• Student to teacher ratio: 6:1
• Monthly Fees:

  $531 class/week

  $882 classes/week

Mommy & Me

• This is a class for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years. The goal is to teach large motor skills to the toddler while giving the parent an opportunity to interact first hand with the child and instructor
• Parent participation required
• Classes are 45 minutes. Contact Aero for class times and availability
• Monthly Fees:

  $4345 minutes/week

Summer Recreational Program

Aero Gymnastics offers an exciting recreational summer program. Kids will have a structured day of activities, games, stretching, gymnastics, group challenges and fun.

• June 30 - August 29, 2008
• Monday - Friday

Tumbling

Intended for students interested in enhancing their tumbling skills. Front and back floor tumbling is the primary focus. Our expert coaching staff can provide safe instruction in our state of the art facility

• Class times

  8:00pmWednesday

• Monthly Fees:

  $531 hour/week

Group Discount

• This is offered to cheerleading/gymnastics groups who are interested in perfecting their skills. The coaches or advisors are urged to attend so everyone can make the most of their time and money.
• Your group must have at least 8 participants to qualify for the Group Discount.
• All group sessions are prepaid with one check or cash from a group representative.
• Fees:

  $8/class for 8-10 students

  $7/class for 10-20 students

  $5/class for 20+ students

Birthday Parties

Put your child's next birthday in the hands of our party experts. A party at our facility will be packed with fun and excitement for boys and girls of all ages. Our coaching staff is trained to provide a safe and structured party that will long be remembered. You provide the cake and refreshments - we do the rest. Guaranteed to be loads of fun for the kids and a "piece of cake" for the parents.

• One hour of fun-filled gymnastics and games
• 1/2 hour for refreshments and cake
• All paper products provided
• Clean-up included
• Free party tee shirt for the birthday child

Parents' Night Out

Every Friday, Aero Gymnastics offers an evening of open gym for your children. Leave them in the capable hands of our staff while you enjoy an evening all to yourselves.

• Hours: 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.    (Summer hours: 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m.)
• Cost: $5/hour
• Call or sign up at the front desk

Yoga

Yoga is offered at Aero Gymnastics on Saturday and Sunday mornings.  Please call or email the gym for information.

Fitnastics

A fun new exercise and nutrition program JUST FOR KIDS. To register for this class, or for more information, stop at the front desk at Aero Gymnasitics, or call 754-6454.

• Classes will be held from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays
• 8 week session offered at the low cost of $50.00

With the alarming rate of child obesity in America today, it has become increasingly obvious that children are not getting enough exercise. USA Gymnastics Fitness was created in part to teach children about the importance of being physically active. There are useful links here.
